January 5th, 2018
We've added several of our younger Leo's to our breeding
program after successfully completing and passing their health tests. One of these being Jupiter who was successfully bred
to Beyla for her hopeful second litter and his first!
October 2nd, 2017
Genevieve from the "GG" litter has passed all of
her health tests and is now a part of our breeding program!
April 18th, 2017
We are officially empty nesters. The last of the "QQ"
puppies are in their new homes and are settled! Things should be a bit quieter now... but they never stay that way, puppies
or no puppies!
February 21st, 2017
We have working on updating
past litters with pictures of the puppies as adults and also adding little bio's to our dogs. Edalene's first litter (the
"PP" litter) have all gone to their new homes and Beyla's "QQ" pups are 3 weeks old now!
January 13th, 2017
Happy 12th Birthday to Centa
from our "C" litter!!!!!! <3
December 31st, 2016
Eddi & Wolf's 15 "PP"
puppies are 4 weeks old now and doing great! We also received the good news that Edalene's half-sister Beyla is expecting
her first litter in February! As the "PP" pups go to their new homes the "QQ" litter will be arriving.
Happy New Year!
December 7th, 2016
Edalene surprised us with
having our largest litter ever. Eddi has 15 new little ones! This is her first litter and she is being a great first time
July 1st, 2016
We received some good news. Rayne was confirmed pregnant
yesterday with her third and final litter! This is a repeat of our "JJ" litter out of Rayne and Raiden. Their previous
pups have been turning out so nicely that we decided to try for a repeat litter before Rayne's retirement.
April 11th, 2016
The "MM" & "NN" litters have been
doing really well and are getting closer to going to their new homes at the end of the month. We are beginning to see a pattern
with Raiden's litter. It seems that every litter he has produced grow at different rates. All the pups start out about the
same at birth and then through the weeks some take off while others grow at a slower pace though they all end up around the
same weight/size after several months. We are curious to see if this trend continues in the future.
March 9th, 2016
Leona & Lachlin have done great in their new homes and
have really taken over! Our "MM" litter arrived on Febraury 28th with 10 healthy pups! This will be Reagan's final
litter. Emma welcomed her second litter, the "NN" pups on the 7th. She had 7 pups. All appear to be doing very well
but we are keeping a close eye on the one smaller girl. She has been gaining weight so we are very hopeful. After these pups
go their new homes in late April/early May we will be taking a break. We have potential plans to breed again in the fall/winter.
February 20th, 2016
Leona and Lachlan (the 2 surviving
"LL" pups) have done great over the last several weeks and will be going to their forever homes anytime now. Netty
& Rayne are officially retired from our breeding program and will live out the rest of their days here with us as our
companions. Reagan is due on March 1st with her final litter, then will be joining Netty & Rayne in retirement :)
January 6th, 2016
Quite a bit has happened in the last couple of months. Nyx
delivered her litter on December 12th. Heartbreakingly she lost most of the litter due to an infection.Thankfully 2 puppies
have made it! The puppies are 3 weeks old now and seem to be doing well but we are waiting until they are older before finding
their forever homes.
November 15th, 2015
After all of the losses we
have suffered I am glad to announce some good news. Nyx was confirmed pregnant with a larger litter. Nyx is a daughter of
Gavin who is our most recent loss, so this litter is extra special.
November 1st, 2015
As the last of our pups are
heading off to their new homes we have such joy and sadness. We love to watch the first meeting and see the beginnings of
the lifelong bonds grow. We know only too well how quickly these fluffy, goofballs worm their way into your heart and take
over. We also know only too well the sadness and heartbreak when they have to leave us after much too short of time. We have
lost 4 of our loving, wonderful, beautiful, sweethearts to the rainbow bridges these past few months. Aphrodite, Hermes, Colin
& Gavin were with us for many good years and brought us tremendous joy, but we feel their departure greatly. Hug your
fur babies tightly everyday!
September 1st, 2015
The "JJ" & the
"KK" puppies have all arrived. Rayne gave birth to the "JJ" puppies on August 16th. They are now 2 weeks
old and have been doing great. Their eyes are starting to open and beginning to become more mobile! The "KK" litter
arrived on the 27th. LC had a great delivery and welcomed 8 new beauties!
July 28th, 2015
The "II" puppies
are doing great and are now 4 weeks old. We've received more good news. Both Rayne & LC have been confirmed pregnant!
Both of these girls were bred naturally, which can be difficult with these big guys, especially in the warmer weather. This
will be Rayne's second litter, and possibly her final. However, this will be LC's final litter. LC has had two previous litters
and been a great mom. She has passed on her sweet and caring disposition and beautiful structure to her offspring and we decided
to try one more time. We had no success breeding her when she was younger and did not have her first successful pregnancy
until she was almost 5. If a final litter was meant to be it would be. I guess she and Morpheus were meant to be parents together
one last time!
P.S. Happy 9th Birthday to Konig Ludwig!
July 12th, 2015
Netty & Raiden's "II"
litter arrived on June 29th. She has 8 puppies, 4 males and 4 females, all are doing well.
April 27th, 2015
We are going through a rough
time. Sadly Nyx lost her litter. She is doing well but understandably depressed.
March 17th, 2015
Nyx was confirmed pregnant!
Nyx's first litter is due around April 19th.
February 22nd, 2015
We suffered more losses
with the "HH" and currently have 2 surviving males and one surviving female. The remaining pups are spoken for.
We did breed Nyx on the 18th to an "outside" male Woof. We technically acquired Woof about a year ago but he resides
with family friends. This would be Nyx's first litter and our first litter with Woof as well! If she is expecting the pups
would be born mid April.
February 3rd, 2015
Reagan had her puppies.
She gave birth to 8 puppies on the 27th but unfortunately we lost 3 of them after a couple of days. The remaining 5 are a
week old today and seem to be doing well.
January 1st, 2015
We received some more
blessings, Reagan and Raiden will be parents! This will be Raiden's first litter and we are very excited to see what he and
Reagan produce! She is due at the end of January and puppies will be ready for their new homes at the end of March.
December 27th, 2014
LC & Morpheus's "GG"
arrived on December 23rd! LC gave birth to 7 healthy puppies. The "FF" puppies are beginning to go to their new
homes as well.
November 18th, 2014
We received some good
news! LC was confirmed pregnant. LC is our only offspring of our sweet Xena who we just lost last month. This is a repeat
of our "CC" litter born October 8th, 2013 and we are very excited. This will be LC's second and most likely final
November 6th, 2014
& Morpheu's "FF" litter arrived on November 3rd! She gave birth to 9 healthy babies, 7males and 2 females! We
did receive some sad news tha Nyx & Raiden won't be parents this time around and we lost our wonderful Xena just short
of 11 years. Her daughter LC was bred to Morpheus just before she passed and we have our fingers crossed that we will be blessed
with Xena grandpups one more time before LC retires.
October 5th, 2014
are very excited to announce that Emma is expecting her first litter and Nyx was bred to Raiden for both of their's potential
first litters! Emma & Nyx are both from our "Y" litter which goes back to our very first Leo, (their great-grandmother)
Cleo and also our second Leo and first male, (their grandfather) Brutus. It will be wonderful seeing the lines continue!
September 1st, 2014
have continued to test our retired stock for LPN 2. So far Gavin, Venus & Xena are LPN 2 N/N Clear, Brutus did come back
LPN 2 D/N Carrier. We should be getting Colin, Celene, Centa, Hera & Konig's results back in a few weeks. It's amazing
that even though some of these dogs have passed on we can continue to do certain tests! We are also finishing up health tests
on 3 young dogs; Raiden, Nyx & Emma. Raiden (our new hopeful stud) has so far come back with passing elbows, thyroid,
OFA Excellent Hips & LPN 1 & 2 N/N Clear! Nyx & Emma's parents are Gavin & Venus so the girls should be LPN
1 & 2 N/N Clear as well.
We have also made some small changes to the site. Over the last couple of weeks we've
been working on finding and scanning a lot of our dogs certificates and titles. Over the years some have been misplaced and
ruined but most are now available to view on our "Brags" page. We would also like to share any brags that our puppy
owners would like to share!
July 25th, 2014
We received some great news yesterday.
LC, Netty, Rayne, Reagan, & Morpheus all came back LPN2 N/N Clear! We were especially happy to hear that Netty is LPN2
clear since she is a LPN1 Carrier.
July 1st, 2014
17 puppies have now left the nest and
it seems erriely quiet... We still have Devany looking to find just the right home for this big sweetie and miss Eddi (Edalene)
is destined to stay with us and hopefully carry on her mothers line.
June 5th, 2014
The puppies are 6 weeks old now and
are big bundles of energy! It's getting difficult to take their pictures as no one wants to sit still :)
May 22nd, 2014
All 19 puppies are 4 weeks old now and
are continuing to do great and are really growing! Netty's "EE" litter got to go outside for their pictures today
but it was raining on Tuesday so I couldn't take Rayne's pups (lol causing it was raining!) outside. The "EE" pups
have upgraded to the big whelping box after being woken up twice last night to a screaming pup because someone (Edalene) decided
she wanted to climb out but didn't like being alone. This afternoon 4 puppies were out so it was defintely time to let everyone
out! The "DD" pups are being good and staying in their box but we'll see how long that lasts :)
April 25th, 2014
Rayne & Netty have successfully delivered their litters. Rayne's 9 healthy babies arrived on the 22nd and Netty's 10 healthy
pups arrived on 24th! Both mom's are doing fantastic and resting. We are sure going to be busy around here for the next 8
March 24th, 2014
After a very rough start to March we
have finally received some good news. BOTH Rayne & Netty were confirmed pregnant with good sized litters. We are going
to have a very full house in a month!
February 23rd, 2014
was successfully bred to Morpheus yesterday after our original plans to use our older boy Colin proved not be to doable.
December 31st, 2013
has gone to his new home and we wish all of our families a very HAPPY and HEALTHY
December 16th, 2013
of the "CC" puppies have gone to their new homes! Clark is still with us awaiting his forever family :)
November 19th, 2013
just uploaded a new video and pictures of the "CC" puppies. They are 6 weeks old and full of energy!
November 12th, 2013
"CC" pups are now 5 weeks old. The "BB" pups have all gone to their new homes and we wish them all the
best of luck!
October 16th, 2013
"BB" litter is 5 weeks old today! I just uploaded new pictures and a video of the puppies first trip outside. Sadly
Tory lost her litter... She gave birth a few days early and most of the puppies were still-born. Tory is doing well under
the circumstances. LC had her litter on the 8th and thankfully everyone has been doing well. The "CC" litter
are a week old now and their pictures are now on the site.
September 26th, 2013
litter is 2 weeks old now & doing great! Eyes are opening and beginning to walk :) We took Tory in for her x-ray
& saw around 5 puppies due in a few days.
September 5th, 2013
our dry spell is certainly over! Reagan's x-ray today confirmed a small litter that the ultrasound showed, 3 maybe 4
pups. We took LC for her ultrasound today and she has finally been confirmed pregnant! This will be LC's first litter. She
will be 5 in October and has had no luck with previous breedings. We weren't sure if she would ever get pregnant but we thought
we'd try one last time with our younger male. Now Morpheus is the big man on campus ;)
August 13th, 2013
lost a great friend today... RIP Brutus. Run free buddy and say hi to Cleo, Aurora & Bueford.
August 2nd, 2013
We bred Tory to Morpheus on the 30th!
We were planning on using another male but the sperm count was very low, so we had to go with our back up plan... Morpheus!
July 20th, 2013
So we are trying this all again! Reagan
was successfully bred to Morpheus on July 12th. We are keeping our fingers crossed for a confirmed pregnancy around August
8th! Morpheus also received his AKC Championship back in May :D
February 19th, 2013
our previous breeding did not take :( However, We just bred Netty to Odin (Acorn Kennel) and are anxiously awaiting March
5th to see if she's expecting!
January 20th, 2013
& Konig were successfully bred earlier in the week! We are keeping our fingers crossed and anxiously awaiting Feb 13th
to see if the breeding took! This would be Tory's first litter :)
December 4th, 2012
(now Arwen) and Apollo (now Archie) are both settled happily in their new homes!
November 20th, 2012
to uncontrollable circumstances Apollo is now looking for a new forever home. The pups will be 9 weeks old tomorrow and Arden
will be leaving us on Saturday. I can't believe how fast the time has flown!
October 27th, 2012
just uploaded the "AA" litters 5 week old pictures and video. I can't believe that it's been 5 weeks already! They
are almost ready to go to their new homes :(
August 23rd, 2012
was confirmed pregnant and Rayne was confirmed not. Also, Happy 4th Birthday to Hera & Brutus's "J" puppies!
July 26th, 2012
just updated the site with our new breeding's. Finger crossed, we might have some puppies in September!
May 10, 2012
of our "Z" pups have gone to their new homes! It's sad to see them go :(
April 17th, 2012
of the "Y" girls have made it safely to their new homes! It's sad to see them go but the pictures we receive from
the families make it just a little bit easier. Our desktop computer is currently down so I don't have access to any of my
photo's or photo editing programs, so the "Z" pups 6 week pictures will have to wait. I did, however, get new videos
of them this morning!
April 6th, 2012
far Yakira & Yanessa have gone off to their new homes. Yara will be on her way to California this afternoon! I just uploaded
the "Z" puppies 4 week old/Easter pictures. Some of them did not want to sit still :) Hope everyone has a Happy
March 25th, 2012
just added the 7 week old pictures for the "Y" litter. The girls have gotten too confident in the world and it was
nearly impossible for me to get their pictures by myself... So I ended up running up steps before they could reach me and
snap a couple quick pictures! Needless to say they were NOT happy with me when they couldn't reach me :)
March 11th, 2012
just uploaded the newest pictures of the "Y" girls. They will be 5 weeks old tomorrow and we're really liking what
we're seeing from these girls, personality and structure wise. I also uploaded a new video of the pups playing with 15 month
old Mariah, and the pups LOVED her!
March 8th, 2012
gave birth to 9 healthy, lively puppies on March 6th! Our "Z' litter consists of 5 males and 4 females. She is being
a great first time mom!
February 22nd, 2012
off, Happy 5th Birthday to our "G" Litter!!! I just uploaded Gavin's daughter's ("Y" Litter) 2 week old
pictures. Their eyes are just beginning to open. The girls also got their first nail trim this evening. Netty is doing great
and the big day is approaching!
February 6th, 2012
just uploaded Venus's new litter's pictures to the site. The "Y" Litter was born on February 6th! We have 5 beautiful
girls :) After Netty's litter due in March we are taking the spring and summer off.
January 31st, 2012
got conformation today that Netty is expecting! Netty & Gavin's "Z" Litter is due on March 5th!
January 17th, 2012
"X" pups all got a clean bill of health from the vet today! While we were waiting in our room I decided to shoot
a new video. The puppies were good in the car and loved meeting people at the vet's office :)
December 23rd, 2011
just uploaded the "X" litter's 3 week puppy pictures. They sure are getting big! At this point we have 2 females
available. The puppies were very good with seeing a Christmas tree for the first time and a snowman too.... :)
December 1st, 2011
had her litter yesterday, November 30th. She had a nice, easy delivery and produced 6 beautiful healthy pups. We have 3 boys
and 3 girls! For some reason I can't upload any pictures on our site, so for now you will have to go to our Facebook page
September 12th, 2011
had her litter today! We have another single male. Celene's 30 day ultrasound showed around 6 puppies, we were monitoring
her progesterone level and around day 40 it dropped. We began progesterone injections and did an ultrasound to see how the
puppies were doing. That ultrasound showed 3 or 4 live pups. Today Celene had a C-section and only one male was born. Sadly
Celene absorbed the rest of the litter but we are thankful for this little guy!
August 21st, 2011
received some good news yesterday. Netty's OFA results came back with normal thyroid, normal elbows and excellent hips! Now
we just have to get her CERF eye exam done and she will be done with her health tests!
August 12th, 2011
an unlucky few months Celene was confirmed pregnant! Celene is expecting a good sized litter around September 9th.
July 3rd, 2011
Centa was confirmed not pregnant
but her sister Celene just came into season. Keep your fingers crossed!
March 15th, 2011
had her singleton, a boy, on March 13th. We aren't sure what his future plans are but for now we believe that he is going
to be staying here.
March 12th, 2011
Venus's litter is due any time now
but the x-ray confirmed a singleton pup.We do have plans to breed Colin & Hera within the next week or so. We received
the results for their LPN 1 tests on Friday and they both received clear!
February 13th, 2011
was announced to be pregnant, though the ultrasound showed a very small litter. This was disappointing but we are still excited
to see how any of the pups turn out. We also received Venus's LPN results and she too passed!
January 10th, 2011
Venus has been bred to Konig!
If the breeding took, puppies will be due around March 13th. Venus has been LPN tested, we are just awaiting the results...BUT
Koing passed his with flying colors! We are hopeful to get puppies out of this magnificent pair :)
We have more changes coming to the site. We are beginning to add individual photo gallery pages for each of the dogs! You
can now see pictures of our males growing up through the years. We will be adding the females pages soon :)
October 5th, 2010
Pretty much all of the
puppies have gone to their new forever homes but we still have a few here with us and last weekend our apple orchard hosted
a FEDS (Families Exploring Down Syndrome) fall outing, which the puppies throughly enjoyed! Sawyer, Tory, Ulee & Ulani
all LOVED playing with the kids and licking plenty of faces and all the children LOVED them right back. I wish I would have
brought the camera :( We are currently working on Koing's (Sawyer's sire) AKC Championship and he did very good at his first
show a couple of weekends ago. He is entered in his second show in two-weeks.
August 11th, 2010
We just updated the "T"
& "U" litters pictures, now 5 1/2 weeks old. They sure are growing and really starting to show their playful
sides! It's getting hard to get decent pictures of any of the puppies as they would rather be in our laps giving us kisses
then sitting still (while away from us) to get a picture taken :) After having many people inquire these past few weeks, we
still have 3 males available from our "S" litter, 1 female from the "T" litter & 3 girls from the
"U" litter looking for their forever homes. All the puppies are showing wonderful, friendly, very sweet and affectionate
(typical leo's) personalities.
We have updated all 3 litters ("S", "T", "U" litters) pictures. After a rough
couple of first days for the "T" Litter we have 2 males and the female doing very well and really starting to grow.
We also lost 1 female from the "U" Litter, which is never easy but the remaining puppies are all very lively and
barely could sit still for their pictures :)
July 3rd, 2010
Yesterday we received quite a surprise as
Venus began delivering her puppies around 3 o'clock in the morning and Celene joining her at about 2 o'clock that afternoon.
Thankfully they both had pretty easy labors and were able to deliver naturally. We have a house full of leo babies now :)
I just uploaded the first pictures of our "T" & "U" Litters. Celene & Venus had to prove once
again how different they want to be from one another by having almost exact opposite genders in their litters. Celene gave
us 4 females & 1 male while Venus gave us 1 female & 5 males! We sure are going to be busy the next two months but
they're completely worth every minute of it!! :)
June 28th, 2010
Centa had her "S" Litter sired
by Konig on the 22nd. We had 7 puppies but lost the little female shortly after.... We currently have 6 beautiful babies,
4 males & 3 females. I just uploaded their individual pictures for everyone to enjoy :)
June 2nd, 2010
Well yesterday we found out that Celene
and Venus are pregnant as well. Celene will have a small litter and Venus showed around 7-8. Venus and Celene were ready the
to be bred the same exact day. York stayed with us for two day to see if we could get a natural breeding with Celene. Unfortunately
Celene wanted nothing to do with York so we ended up doing a AI but it was pretty iffy if the breeding would take (getting
late in her heat cycle). So we decided to try Venus with Gavin as a back up. We've had 3 or 4 females in a row not get pregnant
in the past so we were hoping at least one of the two would take... well surprise they both are pregnant! Centa and Celene
(both from our "C" Litter) are currently 5 years old and this will most likely be their final litter, both had 1
previous litter ("N" and "O" litter). Venus is currently 4 and this will be here first litter. We bred
her last year to Konig but the breeding did not take. So we're currently getting ready to have a house full of Leo babies
May 21st, 2010
Centa has been confirmed pregnant
with a larger litter. Litter is sired by our Konig. This is a repeat breeding (see "N" Litter) and we were very
happy with the outcome! Puppies are due on June 22d.
April 28th, 2010
Happy 1st Birthday Netty and the rest of the
April 22, 2010
Well most of the "R"
Litter has gone to their new homes now and the rest will be soon... We're going to miss all of our little fuzzy leo babies
but they're all gone/going to wonderful homes :) Hopefully we won't have an empty nest for long! I also put updated versions
of our contract and questionnaire on the site so please take a look if your interested in possibly adopting one of our leo
babies in the future.
March 1st, 2010
We just added a new video to the "R"
Litter Page titled "Where's Mommy?" These little ones are just under 2 weeks old and are already trying to walk!
Their eyes are just barely starting to crack open as well :)
February 24th, 2010
We updated the "R"
Litter's pictures today and added a short video. The puppies seem to be growing everytime we look at them!
first off a belated very Happy 3rd Birthday to our "G" litter! We want to congratulate Gavin (from our "G"
litter) who just a few days shy of his b-day became a daddy for the first time! Hera and Gavin have produced 9 gorgeous puppies
that make up our "R" litter. We've made some changes to the site, including changing our Stony Creek Litters Page.
We would love for everyone to see all of our past puppies but we didn't want the navigation to be crowded...So if you now
go on the Stony Creek Litters Page you can click on any of the past litters photos to view some pretty adorable leo puppies!
